This film tells the story about the public art commission around the new Paddington Square in central London.

As part of the development designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop, three major artworks were commissioned and installed on site.

The film explores the process, integration and completion of the work over three years and attempts to understand the relationship between the artist and their audiences.
