These films are the result of an onsite film–workshop conducted by Tapio Snellman in November 2019 with students of ETH Zürich and FAUUSP in São Paulo working collaboratively.
It was part of research project and excursion initiated by the Chair for the History and Theory of Urban Design of
ETH School of Architecture in Zurich, Switzerland.
The goal of the initiative, titled SESC – The Commons and the Production of City Life, was to learn from the unique concept of the privately funded social enterprise of SESC.
